Wexler's Deli - Now open at the Grand Central Market in Downtown LA, chef Micah Wexler, a native Angeleno, creates Jewish deli classics with a slightly modern twist for the kitchen and counter: things like pastrami and mustard on rye, corned beef on rye, roast turkey with slaw on Kaiser rolls and Ruskie egg salad. Loved. Loved. Loved the brunch experience at Superba Food + Bread this morning. Beautifully designed indoor space with plenty of bright sunlight and overall, positive vibe. The staff were superbly sweet, friendly and fun. We had delicious k'iche', open-face smoked trout sandwich, brisket + egg pretzel croissant sandwich, and.. how can I forget the heavenly baked items..!
Loved the beautiful grounds here at Melville, loved the wines and loved the special attention we received from the staff. It's a great vineyard to visit and if your dog is well behaved they are welcomed and pampered too. My wife and I enjoyed the Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir the most but they have a great Chardonnay too. Great winery to visit.
